William Blair

Bill has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience, with 22 of those years serving in the United States Marine Corps and more than eight years leading Total Transit's operations. He brings significant strategic business development, corporate oversight, and operations expertise to the Total Transit executive leadership team. During his tenure with Total Transit, Bill's team has consistently onboarded many new customers, both large and small, successfully and within established project timelines. Active in his local community, Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity - Central Arizona and Tempe Leadership.
Steve Hamelin

VP of Business Development
Steve joined Total Transit in May of 2015 as the Vice President of Business Development to lead the company's national expansion efforts. He is responsible for developing innovative transportation solutions for all lines of business and executing the Total Transit corporate strategy for services growth. With a focus on partnering with Public Transit Agencies, Steve creates opportunities by providing unique service delivery methods that deploy Total Transit's unique and cost saving integrated public-private transportation model. Further responsibilities include introducing and delivering new and exciting services available through the taxicab and transportation network divisions of Total Transit.
Jerry Mullen

VP of Operations
Jerry has over 30 years of experience in transportation. He has a progressive, innovative focus on operations. Jerry is responsible for transportation management, public transportation, and taxicab operations in his area of operation. Jerry has been instrumental in the development and daily management of transportation programs in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. He oversees a fleet of 500 taxicabs operated by almost 1,000 independent contractors and owner-operators and manages operations for public transit express routes and circulators in a multi-city environment. He has experience establishing, monitoring and administering health plan contracts and multi-state contracts.
